They explained in the beginning that there was no cure for the measles. The Dr didnt cure him just gave him a hyper immune system that makes him a carrier without showing symptoms. He now spreads a measles/vampire virus hybrid. I wonder how this plays out since essentially you have a vamp virus running out of control…
