That's the danger of having a Big Bad that would normally attract the Avengers attention. The TV show pretty much has to be second rate also-ran villains.

Jasper talking to Bellamy without contempt (when he treats Clarke like something he scraped off his shoe) when he was as culpable for Mt Weather's endgame as Clarke makes Jasper not only an asshole, but a fraud. And Jasper's gunplay at the bridge pretty much makes him the Gavrilo Principe that triggered the whole…
Well she bore the brunt of Dr. Tsing's harvesting for a good long while. That's pretty tragic.
Raven bears some blame too…she was the one that made Bellamy's takedown of the "veil", and thus Mount Weather, via walkie talkie, possible. Ultimately Bellamy had to improvise to really get the veil down, but that doesn't change Raven's role in it any.
Every indication in S2 was that it was far from that simple. More likely they went insane and dropped dead.
Or the reapers that just went…somewhere.
We didn't know that yet in the pilot. By the time we did, just about every character was show to be broken already ;)
She's been my favorite character on the show since the pilot.
I always got that kind of vibe from Rothenburg. I imagined Lincoln's last words "Not for You" as kind of being directed towards Jason.
He's probably wherever Wick is…
Diggle couldn't have at least checked to see if the gem was still where he left it after Andy was in his apartment? He trusts his brother but you'd think he'd still double check. But then the plot needed Darhk to get his powers back and for Laurel to die, so Diggle has to play the role of the idiot.
This was the funnest episode of Arrow in some time, perhaps ever. Quentin in particular was entertaining.
Oliver going full on a-hole with Curtis reminded me of how he treated Barry Allen when they first met. Interestingly, in both cases, it was just after his life was saved by the guy he was being a dick to…
Having Earth-2 Harrison Wells' wife be Moira might have been fun.
That's all pre-island.
Or it could be that if they do a shirtless scene, the makeup department has to draw all of the tattoos and scars on his torso, and why do that for just a superfluous scene?
It takes a long time to grow a beard like the one he had in the pilot.
I think Oliver and Felicity have had just as much ridiculous and just as little chemistry.
Barry and Quentin have met, but considering Quentin called him "that freak from Central City", it probably isn't the warmest relationship…
Tripp is no longer around to bring the funk wherever he goes…
