So this year 4 of Oliver's five years away, and from his facial hair in the pilot, the last year of that pretty much has to be island nonstop. So this is pretty much the year they have to take care of the Russia business.

The wormhole sucked up the top half of a lot of buildings. They sure repaired the skyline and removed the debris fast…by Flash Day the Central City skyline (and the ground) looked pristine…

It was amusing to see Josh "I like my hamburgers so burnt that they shatter if you drop them" Lyman concerned about Amy's burnt toast being a cancer risk…

If Eobard is erased from history, are his deeds erased too? They pretty much have to be, and if they are, Season 1 of Flash becomes as "real" as Season 9 of Dallas. And what of the interactions with Arrow?

She didn't look like the photo we saw countless times on Sherman's desk in Korea either…

Loretta Swit wanted to leave earlier to play Cagney on Cagney & Lacey but they wouldn't let her go. So she was probably a yes vote for a while.

The episodes where Sam and especially Woody visited were bizarre. They were trying so hard for reasons why it would be happening.

It wouldn't be hard to make a remake of Short Circuit that outdoes the original…

A couple episodes earlier, in Dirty Half Dozen, he seemed to be making an attempt to reconcile and repent (whether it was genuine or fake is up for debate) with his old team but they all cut him off at the knees and expressed none of the regrets that he did, so that (and particularly Jemma's very out of character

OldBarry didn't know that not saving Nora meant a black hole for Earth. NewBarry did though, and still did what OldBarry told him. I don't have enough fingers to count the incidences of StupidBarry this season.

The emotional scenes were kind of neutered by the soundtrack. The Henry-Barry dialogue in particular was upstaged by pianos, and then towards the end, invaded by strings.
