I would disagree, on both the conclusion you draw from the show and the legal discipline in general.

The story telling in BCS is amazing, perhaps even better than in Breaking Bad. Just look at the disjunction between the brothers' respective legal & ethical and moral positions. We as the viewers despise chuck as a human being and feel empathy with Jimmy. And yet, it is Jimmy - as lovable as he is, and as good hearted…

hmmm, personally I don't mind the dick and fart jokes as long as the show is smart overall. Think Rick and Morty. Plus there were plenty of those in the old Samurai Jack seasons.
