"Crazy" by Gnarls Barkley. I remember my parents bought their album, but during car rides, we would just listen to "Crazy" on repeat.

Friday: Watched the Australian serial killer thriller "Hounds of Love". Disturbing and incredibly tense mostly through sheer atmosphere and implication, rather than excessive gore (The scariest stuff in the movie is what you imagine is happening behind closed doors). Additionally, the performances by the

Binged the entire series of "13 Reasons Why" on Netflix. Really strong stuff, with excellent acting and direction, though it lulled a little in the back half and the ending left a few too many plot strands open for my taste. That being said, it was still quite good.

Watched the first episode of "Legion": Strange and confusing at times, but I'm hooked by the show's unique visual style and the strong cast. Definitely will be watching more episodes.

Caught up with two 2016 movies on Netflix: Blue Jay and The Invitation. Both really good movies.

Watched episodes 9-12 of Netflix's "Luke Cage". I'm liking the show. However, I feel like the first half of the season was terrific and this second half is just good.
I also saw "Bleed For This", a boxing drama that didn't bring anything particularly new to the table, but that I still thought was well-done nonetheless.

Saw "The Accountant" today, which was actually pretty entertaining. Also saw "War On Everyone" at Toronto After Dark Festival. The script was all over the place, but Michael Pena and Alexander Skarsgard made it just barely worthwhile. Going back on Sunday to see "In A Valley of Violence".

Some really good entries here. But there needs to be talk about the Coen Brothers' "True Grit" remake, which is SO much better than the 1969 original.

If only the whole movie were as good as this and the Quicksilver scene.

Chev Chelios

Saw Suicide Squad. Very disappointing. A couple of okay performances, but the story and the action was just stupid and boring.

Not a huge fan of Ryan Murphy either, but from what I've seen so far, "People v. OJ Simpson" is pretty great.

Movies:
- Ghostbusters: 2 stars out of 4
- Captain Fantastic: 2.5 stars out of 4

I loved the last scene where it was the preview for "Bunny and Kitty" with Will Arnett and Dean Winters. That was hilarious.

"If you’re too stupid to realize that you’re swimming in shit, you’re not worth rooting for." Couldn't agree more.

Surprised there was no mention of Tom Everett Scott and Regina King meeting up once again. That was a nice little moment.

Noo!!! Season 1 was great. Season 2 was certainly flawed, but hell, I still like the show!

Friday: Saw Keanu. Hit and miss, but still pretty funny.

For Mostly Rock N'Roll, you forgot about The Hollies' "Long Cool Woman In A Black Dress" for when Richie learns Cece is pregnant with Hannibal's baby.

This is kind of shocking. Never heard of Scott Z. Burns until now, but if he wrote stuff for Soderbergh and Paul Greengrass, he can't be that bad.
