I think it's because he was convinced Pike was protecting their people and he's now realised he's willing to kill them instead. As Bellamy has been saying all season, he's doing what's best for his people and I'm sure he's coming to the conclusion that killing them isn't protecting them.

I have no problems with fast pacing - stops me getting bored. So many shows have slow moments and filler episodes so I'm just glad I don't get that with this one.

I think it was because as Oswin Oswald, the process of her being becoming a dalek didn't work and that's why she was in the asylum in the first place. She wasn't a proper dalek because she still believed she was human. Plus, since she was a genius with dalek technology maybe she circumvented that problem herself.
