I adore Party Down, they are a different thing with a different feel and because I consumed them at very different periods of my life I am happy with both without choosing a favourite. Would I chip in to a Party Down kickstarter? yes, for sure.

I am of the belief that Survivor has ruined Survivor.

I feel like she's at the bottom, realises she's weak and has lashed out at the guy above her, now the guy above her is a physical threat so painting him as untrustworthy is a good plan, the issue is how the chips fall post merge and who she can deal with.

He strikes me as one of those guys who spent school thinking he was the smartest guy in the room but really he wasn't smart enough to hang with the nerds and wasn't cool enough to hang with the jocks but tried really really hard. I just get the vibe he didn't have a lot of friends.

It's a shame they showed the merge in the promo because then we knew automatically that they'd made the wrong choice. I don't think J'Tia could have survived without all 3 nerds in the same tribe but still a better bet than Spencer.

I don't know why Daphne would ever apologise to Angelo. He's the useless arsehole who abandoned her mother and her because he thought that Regina had cheated and his kid wasn't his. He came back and made minimal attempts to get to know her beyond buying her expensive gifts.

Tank is terrible because he is just a half season distraction not a character.

I was surprised when the make-out shot didn't cut as they started to move slightly backward, but it was a lovely shot really. Terri Polo is great in this show but I find her voice very difficult sometimes, I don't know what it is? maybe that she sounds like she should be a Professor not a cop.

It does make so much sense, how they could film it 7 years ago way before they'd considered casting and how they would be willing to sit through the story at that age anyway.
