The only way this becomes ok is if it reconciles Daphne with East Riverside, as she was a ginger white girl living in a predominantly POC area. Otherwise it really is just "inner city kids are bad news, and by inner city we mean minorities".
I think this is because TBBT writers cannot get out of writing all their female characters as caricatures not actual human beings. Melissa Rauch is my favourite actor from the show, she is clearly very talented, when they bother to give her something to do.
I also loved "and me, Little Baby Aidy" as her intro in the Twin Bed Sketch.
