I hope they do go in a different direction. As predictable as it is, I think I would prefer it if they revealed he's the Prince of Daxam and he's been conning Kara this whole time and he becomes a nemesis (watching The Good Place has put this idea in my head!) - that moment when he squared off those aliens, I thought

With Maggie figuring out Kara's secret, I'd be surprised if there isn't a story beat where Lena either reveals she retroactively knows Kara's secret or they address her figuring it out, since like Kevin Wong mentions, she interacts with both Kara and Supergirl fairly regularly at this point. I didn't assume Maggie

Having Guardian and Mon El is too much for the show, imo.

I really appreciate his addition to the show and how he plays off Kara (insofar as it doesn't take away from the central character), but I am just not at all interested in his predictable journey towards his hero realisation, especially when that seems exhausted exponentially by James already, or the other predicable

"Oh I got dibs"

Jimmy continuing to prop up the Guardian in front of Kara is all kinds of ridiculous, such a smug ass.

It's not forced but it still feels incestuous to me - different kind of chemistry.

I also presumed that Saul could be keeping that information from Dar too (if he correctly guessed that Carrie was lying).

I thought for sure, the camera was going to pan back and show someone witnessing it.

Add me to that list! Similarly, I think they're playing the long game with him too - neither Greg nor Josh ever sat well with me as love interests for Rebecca and I've shed no tears over Greg leaving. Ideally, Rebecca should focus on herself but yes to Nathanial in the long run, there's potential there.

Was it mentioned why he chose these four exactly? I get that they were the perfect combination to torture each other, but why these four and why focus an entire neighbourhood and all this effort to just them…

I've entertained the idea of them since the episode where they started to become friends rather than antagonists, can't remember which episode that was though…

It's a 'The Good Place' reference as of very recently.

As someone who is not a huge fan of musicals but is a huge fan of Melissa Benoist and Grant Gustin and their characters, especially when they play off each other, I'm so conflicted about this and how it's actually going to work? If it's in the same vein as Crazy Ex GF, I can get behind it.

Bi Eleanor is canon right?! I am all for a Tahani and Eleanor soulmate storyline next season.

Thank you! I clicked this article to source out that info. Is this the final season?

*Lexa :)

The series will end with Clarke on a mountain of ashes, the sole survivor! Although, I'm thinking more and more that Clarke will die before the end.

As a fellow "I don't watch musicals" (generally speaking), I had the same trepidation and I gave it a chance and now I love this show - but each to their own. Even though the songs are indeed hilariously and intelligently written, they are not overwhelming or dominating so even if you hate those, you can overlook

Nikita was so good! There isn't really a replacement for that show that I'm aware of. Maggie Q was dynamite.
