On a scale of zero and "is Chris in it?", this was a pretty damn good episode in my opinion.

I like this theory but didn't Luciana say she saw it happen herself? I wasn't paying full attention so I may have misheard…

Chekov's Suitcase.

Darlene did say they had to do a complete wipe-down like they usually do after a hack, so I'm presuming that included wiping their finger prints and destroying or taking everything with them.

He's also at his best when he's sharing scenes with Darlene or Angela. He's been in too much isolation from them this season, although the upside to this is that we've had a chance to witness them in their own storylines (with some convergence) which have been more interesting to see and have had some room to breathe

I unintentionally laughed during the scene Darlene and Cisco tried to cram the suitcase into the burner and came to the realisation that they had to remove the body. Dark comedy indeed.

I think Mr Robot could really benefit from binge consumption, personally.

I've slowly lost interest in both those shows, I'll give their new seasons a go but I'm finding it a chore these days.

I'll just patiently wait for Jessica Jones Season 2 news, which I want to see before Daredevil's third season.

Claire is easily the MVP of the DD series, Punisher a close second.

Thank you! As I thought, not surprising but idiotic.

I can't remember why he bailed on his family in the first place and it completely clouded my judgment of him this episode, because all I could think was how much of an idiot he was for leaving them given how ill equipped he seemed.

Brilliant casting move that was.

I'm finding the show is benefiting from expanding the focus from Elliot this season. This show has great side characters which should be–and some are being–explored more.

I watch it for mindless entertainment and even that is debatable for many, but I couldn't care less about who died - I cared at the time and when they refused to show who it was, I thought fuck it, we'll find out when it returns. That's the issue with this show, I don't care enough about any of the characters to care

I agree, I thought everything was well plotted and paced, except for just that opening segment, which I think could have been shorter and still had the same effect.

Yes this was my issue with it exactly, not so much the idea, but the execution/how long it took - I just thought, ok I get it, it's his form of escapism, now let's get back to reality already…20 minutes later. Not to mention, this season, I am finding myself more interested in the other characters than Elliot himself.

I immediately thought of Soderberg's The Knick, brilliant juxtaposition of anachronistic music against a period setting.

I didn't much care for it either, which seems to be an unpopular opinion! It was an interesting idea but I think it dragged on a bit too much and within minutes I was already wanting to get back to the other characters, namely Angela and Darlene, whose storyline this episode was nail bitingly fantastic. I want to

Not really, it's based off the Austen novel 'Emma' and in that book, the Josh equivalent was not her step brother but more of a close family friend, so I viewed it through that lens.
