I haven't seen much of this season but I'm glad they are addressing his behavior as it was a real turn off. I wasn't sold on any of the Mike stuff in season 2. I never believed the actor and it made all of that a slog (except for the puppet grandmother).

That's unfortunate for Carla Gugino as I think 2nd run and residual pay is tied to appearing in the episode. As a regular hopefully she had a clause in her contract. Who knows, who cares it was 20 years ago anyway.
