Honestly it's no different (to me) than dressing a certain way for court or speaking properly… The jury sees the defendant for a brief time and often what they see is an inaccurate picture… not the real deal… it's not supposed to matter. That said, it certainly does, or at least can matter… Because people are flawed

Further, Cochran (against his own interest) warned the prosecution repeatedly to avoid putting Fuhrman on the stand. Clarke seems to be quite stupid

Unfortunately… this is what the justice system asks of defense lawyers. Cochran is not a scumbag, defense Lawyers are charged with doing a job, he does it well… the system is the problem. It allows for a lot of daylight between Not Guilty and Innocent…

Ya Dennis' pathos has extremed out, Mac is now openly gay, and Charlie has graduated to drinking Boat-Fuel… Frank has to be nearing his expiry date… I am just hearing about the next season confirmation and had assumed they were "closing out" the show. I'm glad they're not… But I'm not sure how they write their way

I feel like I kinda want to say I didn't love it… bet then feel like maybe I wouldn't dare.

Ya the score playing in the back was uber-dramatic… like Introducing The notorious Mark Fuhrman… Champion Racist…

but Dardin knows it's a mistake, he just can't dictate because Marcia is the boss… It seems the racism is being purposely ignored more than "missed"… and having watched Johnny at work this failure to properly assess the situation is as you say, mind boggling. Very much want to see the cross examination… The show did a

Seems like a pretty obvious mis-step, right?

I thought the convo between Ito and his friend was unbelievable as well. "hopefully this one goes better"?? to the judge? Like there's nothing to be judged WOW… I felt a little bit dirty watching the guy and his friends later, discussing the details.

That's what Defence does. Also, this is why he was the star of the show back then… his ability to argue a thing… with a great deal of passion.. whether he believes it or not.

Perhaps the route from her house to his was relevant for the time line… also, there was evidence recovered at his home as well. That's all I can think of that would potentially make it relevant to the case.

But… "His psych evaluation is inadmissible" so he's a FINE witness… It's like if "tone Def" had an older, whiter, less in touch sister she would be named Marcia Clark..

Exactly… but the staging shows the core of Cochran's duplicity… as he argues passionately that it is unfair to say black people might be bamboosled by emotional language or racial insensitivities… while at the same time… his way of presenting OJ to the jury says he believes otherwise. His case will be predicated on

OK… I have enjoyed the performances all around…

I also question the need… However once Jimmy said You don't wanna see it he had sealed his fate. Keeping in mind that there are no charges or formal investigation… but there is suspicion… Mike hires Saul to make sure the suspicion goes away and the police stop looking at Dan… Now, telling THAT story and NOT showing

"And we both know there's no pot of Gold at that gay bar" is now a running joke in my house… fricking awesome

I think I'm in the minority, but I like this much better than BB

He talks like someone off the set of Fargo, for sure

This was a slower episode I thought, the piano scene certainly dragged for me… but I enjoy watching this cast… So I liked it.. also:
    1. not sure why Jimmy would have to make the videos or if they would count as "fabricated evidence" since there was no charges or trial pending… it was fully just a story he told to

    1. It was better than a C plus… but yes… Paris and all it's players SUCK.
    2. The battle was pretty intense and gritty… I like that it wasn't just chaos… it was countable numbers
    3. That punishment is bad ass
    4. I suspect the Drama in Wessex is setting up a war on several fronts when the Vikings return
    5. Bjorn's
