Well, you are correct… but he arrived at that crucial moment because of his insecurities… when he said "I think I'm wlking into something", and chose to go ahead… he was doomed. But as you say, it is handling of the situation that still ends up getting him killed (technically). Also, I think the hiway and such was

But nobody was hunting Miguel… Miguel died doing his job… along with a bag of straight men doing the same.

when Frank met Osip in the club the last time he said "Blake's been around less in the last few months than my wife's period"… I thought there might have been a tip off there… but it seems he was just talking.

I don't like the Mexicans killing Frank either… but they were hardly random… they had been a thorn in Franks side for a while.

Don't forget the mouthing "two weeks" while flashing two fingers out the car window as they pull away

Alright… I have to disagree. But, as a straight man I understand if you don't rate my response. But the truth is, exactly as Miguiel said… if he wasn't ashamed of it nobody could run him. it's not being gay that was his downfall, miguel was gay. It was his shame that allowed people like buress to have leverage on him.

the amount of things that happened and "nobody cared"… tells me that yes… there is corruption everywhere and this story may or may not make any difference… Ani goes so far as to say EXACTLY that. If the fall is certain… they should have shown it… it;s called resolution.

I agree… it's like they saw their parents murdered in front of them and THEN got messed up by the system?!?! Would have been better for me if they had stable homes… but had been traumatized from the early event.

Holloway said the daughter… the little one… it still works because the plot was between both of them… the twist (i guess) being the actual murderer isn't related…

I think the reporter is a full circle thing as well… he was beaten BY RAY to stop writing his expose… now he is being given an expose by Ani and asked to publish it and CLEAR RAY… the snake eating it's tail if you will. A bunch of crazy S*** happens and the end result is right back to square one… Reporter with story

ya… that's a leap I can't really take… there is no reason to believe that this reporter can make any difference… it's speculative at best… there is no closure.

ya, and Frank was the one trying to be something he knows deep down he is not… ep. 1 Jordan says, "it looks better on you than you think, you know?" he's a gangster that want to be better than gangsters…

Ya.. but like so much of this it was telegraphed as "what is happening" and then a bunch of S*** happened that had no effect on the arc. Everything that was expected early seemed to play out very slowly with a minimal amount of twists (but LOTS of distraction and red HAIRings)… I feel like they said, "Hey you see

Ya, I don't mind having the rug yanked out… and I'm not against a sad story… but this kinda felt like watching tragedy in slow motion…

I did not think I would get through this during he first few… I became extremely involved over the last half… I'd say from the shoot-out on everything was better, esp. the acting… But the more I think about this finale the flatter it feels… I don't mind a sad story… but this was one where the resolution may or may not

ya… him and the Catalyst guy… both survived, both crawled up to Frank like 1,2… good stuff… like the door at the party, and Paul emerging from the tunnels, and well, lots of "happy coincidences" that were front and centre…

I thought it would have been more interesting if the guy who actually killed him had been his offspring, but I guess this was a twist from the traditional Odipus story… she had a hand in the killing, but her ha;lf brother did it… also he became outraged upon realizing the parentage… he was "blinded by rage" and

Ya… but why he did that was never really clear… he had many "signs" if you will to show him they were serious… at no point did the Mexicans seem soft or weak

If it was to be a response it would fail as the men sacrificed to save the women… the women needed heros…

Well, if the Russians took over there would be a door… just like when Frank took over. But Frank's petulance and anger caused him to lash out, and that meant NO DOOR.
