Everyone knows the ISI and Pakistan Military is working with Haquani. Why do you think the US broke off relations with Pakistan, they know Pakistan helped the attack. They stated in the episode that the Pakistan military is protecting Haquani.

The episode was definitely a lot better than reading comments from people who think they are oh so cool and Homeland is just so bad now but I keep watching it so I can post snarky comments on the internets. I liked the slow burn after the last few weeks craziness. I also like that the USA lost and we didn't get a USA…
