Trump is one of the biggest idiots of all time and somehow he comes out of this winning. Our national political conversation at this point is basically just a bunch of mental illnesses doing battle.

I get plenty of likes. I appreciate the attempt to make me feel bad though, sign of a healthy attitude.

All downhill since the 2nd Captain Monterey Jack bit.

Are all acts now evaluated relative to Trump? Or can we still have some standards of our own?

Juvenile. Michael Ian Black hasn't been funny since The State.

I can't wait until the entire left and entire right have excommunicated one another over opinions they can't tolerate.

Climate is the biggest issue in the table. I wish there were more focus on issues of substance, let alone issues on which the democrats hold a dominant popular position like climate change. Less accusing and finger pointing, more substance.

I don't know about level headed, just responding to the insane comment above about the little kid being an asshole.

He's probably a nice kid though.

    Oh you missed out!

I think you can trace it back to Clinton years is as far as I can go. When the right set up a whole media infrastructure that allowed people to cocoon themselves in one self-satisfying ideology…that's how I see it starting. Now left has done the same and we are traveling in different directions.

Americans legitimately don't like nor trust one another anymore. I've set a ticking clock for our demise…..we're talking decades and not years but we are watching the crucial fractures emerge.

Is there a song called "Whining Like Babies" by anyone?

In general I'd agree but the happy Dark Star on Live/Dead is very listenable and may clock in at a half hour.

Rush - Signals seems like a notable omission….as much synth as they used for years, that was really the breakout album and one where it actually worked well.
1984 is such an incredible album for its time.
And about Foreigner, they were definitely good with them…..I really love the synth sound on I Want to Know What Love

    Touche

    Disgusting! Sub-human filth!
What are the standards for being subhuman these days…bad jokes?
And edit….that wasn't even a non-apology. He didn't say "if I offended anyone" or anything like that.

No sense of irony at all, eh? Complaining about bigots while trashing people who enjoy a particular entertainer?

    No, one account. Strange comment.

Then my work is done here.
