That's not why you're being hostile. Nobody is perfect, everyone has imperfections. When you understand and accept this and your own imperfections, you can start to make allowances for others.

Something to consider, people who act badly usually feel badly. If someone is acting badly, its probably better to try to make them feel better….or at least not try to make them feel worse.
