Talking about the CW Standards and Practices… They clearly are not fluent in french.
In the "French Depression Song", Rebecca is not singing about "watching porn", as translated, but "jerking off on porn".

Buffy is a show that only people who grew up with it, and/or are open-minded enough, know what it is really all about.
So it's a show that you need, or deserve to watch.
And in a way, I'm fine with that ;)

It's a high concept that's not easy to sell… The CW was certainly reluctant to greenlight this show, and for once, I can get that.
After all, even a teenage girl who slays vampires and weird stuffs during her nights, looks more realistic than a girl who becomes a zombie and works for the police, eating brain noodles to

He looks like Michael Rapaport little brother.
Fortunately for him, he's way funnier.

"Just finishing to put some lens flaaaaare…. and that's it !"
JJ Abrams, Star Wars 7 behind the scenes, november 2015.

I have the feeling that this season's purpose was to make Noah hateful.
He's unsatisfied, critical, erratic, unapologeticlly selfish.

So yeah, that the word. Hateful.
"You're the Worst" has some serious competition, there.

The poor bastard thought he would ultimately take the lead when Ghost Protocol was in pre-production, but that was without Cruise being indestructible.
Same regarding Damon on Bourne.

Fortunately for him, he's an Avenger.
(I know, not the best one.)

This MI-6 should be an opportunity to finally say goodbye to Cruise.
He's old enough to be Jack Reacher now, so this is time.
They have Ferguson to take the lead, and they could write a great story to make Ethan Hunt leave the game on top.
Doing so, they could let McQuarrie coming back to the dark begininngs of the

Indeed.
But she was cynical enough to agree to polish it.

Glad that Melissa Rosenberg brang back some good stuffs from her Dexter years.
She had the taste of leaving at the end of season 4, but her work on Twilight was worrying.

"… and Leslie Mann."

When did that happened ???

Lyndsy Fonseca is one of those actresses who always appear when you less expect it.
Ted's future daughter - Nathan Fillion's daughter - Nikita's sidekick - Katie Dauxma - Agent Carter's weird character…
Not bad.

Talking about beginnings, this was the kind of episode that made me realize that Kaling should have kept Anna Camp's character around, even in a guest-star capacity, during the last two years.
Doing so, this episode would have simply not existed : Mindy would have a friend who has kids, and would get what she's going

They know that some guys called Sam Raimi, Tim Burton and Christopher Nolan delivered some quite valuable "commodities" on the superhero field, right ?

So they want to spin-off their high budget sitcom…
Why not ?
But first, let's talk about a little show called "Joey"…

It's still better than if the perfect guy leaves without any explanation, and we never see him again.
Even David Kelley would not do that.

Wait.

In a way, this is maybe the most honest sitcom of their line-up…
They have minorities, but just to make bad jokes about them.

Yes, and he should free Tim Minear.

I want to watch another brilliant but cancelled drama series.

Michael Gans and Richard Register…?
They really spent everything on the brand.

Indeed.
I loved the way the episode encapsulated this acknowlegement of how the link between parents and their children who grew up in another culture is based on the endeavor of finding something that can fill the gap a little… and yeah, medias and pop culture can do that.
