I saw St. Vincent in concert this past summer and she opened with Rattlesnake and I'm convinced she should just open with it every single time. It turned a hot, tired, and irritable crowd into a heap of grinning madness.

My other guess is that the RF we saw tonight is an older version of Wells…but this would not explain some of Wells' surprising abilities like when he was able to carry himself and his wheelchair up the stairs fast enough without that guy noticing -I'm forgetting his name now, but it was the one he stabbed…

The confusing thing regarding Wells' position is that he's still learning things about The Flash. A few episodes ago he learned how one could go about stealing Barry's powers, and how to make Barry stronger. I think those were pretty genuine reactions.

Being on the ground like that certainly didn't help, but as for main cause of death? I'm pretty sure it was the "compression of the neck and chest" that killed him. I'm essentially saying that you are mistaken about the long term damage a chokehold can do.

Suyin is probably my favorite Beifong, and I arrived at that decision before her fight with Kuvira, but that scene was the cherry on top.
