This guys gets it. Franchises like Star Wars and the MCU already have so much of their personality nailed down. Most of the creativity is in the writing. They just need competent technical direction that maintains the right approach and style.

Wright isn't perfect. "The World's End" was somewhat disappointing and I'd argue that Ant-Man was a more enjoyable film (though they are hard to compare). There is no guarantee Wright's Ant-Man would have been superior to what we got.

The greatest thing the internet has provided is a platform for actually producing the sort of f***ed up humor that 15 years ago never would have gone further than a drunken conversation. I mean that in the best way possible.
