In the fight with Black Jack at the end of last season, Claire says something like "they say I'm a witch and I know the date of your death" and whispers it in his ear. I'm assuming she knew when he dies because of Frank's Ancestry.com kick during their Scottish honeymoon. If that date has already passed, then Claire

M. Ward is Mexican.

OOOhhh I like it. It certainly explains the discrepancies between the main story and "present day" in which Joanie is still a baby, so it can't be that far in the future.

Touche. But the resemblance of a 1 year old baby as a smoking gun is as dumb the Ned Stark blond hair/brown hair revelation.

Also Noah and Alison are together when he's arrested, which made the relationship stress stuff this week kind of boring. This episode did made a thing out of more than one person assuming Noah and Alison are married when they aren't yet. Are they really married in present day scenes? And what is the thing about Alison

Wasn't there a present day scene earlier in the season where Cole and Alison run into each other at the courthouse? And they greet like they haven't seen each other in some time and Cole meets Joanie for the first time? That's a little strange if they're business partners.
