When Quagmire and Peter get in a fight, Joe decides to be friends with Quagmire instead of Peter because Quagmire is a good godfather to Susie. Peter decides to show he's good to Susie and gives her a raspberry. Joe says "Peter, thats not where you give a raspberry."
