I've been thinking about the absurdity of the whole thing. And one song always cheers me up. And it is Methodist Coloring Book by the Dead Milkmen. I always liked the message of the Milkmen- Ok, every thing is fucked up. But there is always hope.

One year for Christmas my mom got my brother and I the same Walkman. I had to take a train from Philadelphia to NYC one day and as I was making my way to the train station I realized I had my brother's Walkman instead of mine. But it was too late for me to head back to my house.

Well at least none of these celebrities decided to run for President with the intent of destroying the country.

Every morning I tolerate 13 minutes of Elmo. I don't mind him that much. But usually after about 10 minutes, I am good.

My mom is a mental health nurse. So back in the 80s she knew all of the homeless people downtown. So when we went shopping all of the homeless would come up and talk to her. So I got very comfortable talking with homeless people. I still talk with them fairly often.

Sarah Palin actually has some experience working in government.
