I personally don't buy the context-argument. This is a feature approved by the Marley estate (which is also black), as you said, therefore I really don't see the issue.

I get this is ill-advised and in poor taste, but how exactly is it racist? The app tries to make you look like Bob Marley and does so. What does this have to do with race at all?
