My first reaction was that Evie was somehow descended from this woman. Only to realize on second thought that it would be unlikely considering Evie's ethnic heritage.

This theory is inconsistent with John finding the car running with music blaring, locked doors and Evie's bag and phone inside (I didn't notice if there was stuff from the other girls there).
