Zoom is pretty tall, and I feel like Wally is cast as kid-brother-short.

Great finale, and a great interview with Omundson too! Richard wouldn't have worked without him.

I'm sorry, did J'onn J'onzz say his daughters were "Kim" and "Tanya"?

Because, unlike on The Flash, where everyone is always referring to The Flash as "Barry" where he's in his suit, a few people on this show apparently actually care about secret identities.

Hahaha, I really hope this becomes canon.

That's sort of what I've been thinking, because Earth-2 Jay is just completely absent in all the heroics this season. Like, where does he go all day?!

So you're saying they CAN recast Hawkman! YAY TV

They didn't linger on it, but I thought it was kind of hilariously brilliant that it was the STAR Labs team that gave Thawne his entire evil plan. "Hey, kill his mom? Smart! Ok. Who's this guy? Cisco Ramon, and I build this place with him, and I give him powers? Cool cool. And what about this guy with the gun? He has

Agreed. They haven't actually given him any appealing or charismatic features, so it's really hard to buy into the notion of their everlasting love.

I guess that makes sense, because otherwise there'd be a lot of awkward "adult Hawkgirl running into baby Hawkman" encounters.

I was more concerned by all the times she jerked around to look backwards. You have a fresh spinal injury! I'm no doctor, but shouldn't that, you know, hurt like a b?

I laughed so much at that. You could practically tell the script direction was "Oliver muses fondly."

Um, the little girl playing Edie was pretty adorable this episode. It can be ridiculously hard to cast child actors that young, but it seems to have paid off here. (Or else John Stamos is just magic with toddlers.)

It was a tad amateur at points — some very choppy cuts during Leith and Claude's first conversation, for example — but overall, Follows definitely showed some skills. And it helped that she had such a spacious episode to work with!

Oh my god, someone needs to give you a writing job, stat.

Poor Jonn, he must really be regretting telling her anything. "I should have mind-wiped you when I had the chance!"

I REALLY hope the writers don't take the angle of, "Well, she just has to see him in a new light! And then as soon as he finds a new girlfriend, she'll realize she loves him too! BLAH BLAH BLAH"

Yeah, I actually agree. Buffy the Vampire Slayer didn't spend every other episode reminding you how unlikely/inspiring/unironic it was that she's kicking ass. She just did it, and then every once in awhile, a joke was made at the expense of something who underestimated her. The hamfisted nature of the feminism makes

I was sort of thinking he'd turn out to be an android or something based on all the "YOU'RE THE BEST THING I EVER MADE" overtones. A overbearing love android?

I thought it was just a transition to be like, "Shhhh, I need to make this conversation about me."
