Actually, I just finished the 5th season on Netflix and he had to help his boss out with who to hire/fire for his co-workers. Maybe Ted got confused?

Here I thought The Place Beyond the Pines was going to be number 1, but it's not on the list at all. Crazy. Still my favorite from this year. Oh, and Gravity not being on this list is crazy also.
