It was nice to see Chas be more like the Chas fans of Hellblazer know and love from the comics.
Episode was losely based on the "All his engines" story. Where it was his grand daughter not his daughter's soul being held hostage.

His Bisexuality was half mentioned in a single panel by a guest writer who wrote one issue. It hardly matters.
