Did anyone else think that Cartman's voice was sped up about 20% more than normal? Damn, they really cram his dialogue in. I had to backtrack about 7 times during the episode.

Kristina running for mayor seems silly to me. I understand her motivation and the idea that "no time is ever right" but how is this realistic in the least? She has no public office experience. That might not be a problem if she was running for mayor of a city with 800 people but this is Berkeley. Does everyone in East

Walt Jr. using up all the S-Bombs for the night. If you don't count mine. I had about 47 while watching. And a couple dozen F-bombs, too.

The Chehon win over Cyrus was one of the happiest upsets in my SYTYCD memory. I was legitimately surprised when that happened.

They could stand to shake things up for sure. I liked the all-stars as choreographers last week. It's probably time to completely shuffle the choreographers as that's getting a little stale. Maybe ONLY use choreographers who have been contestants before. It could be done. One of my favorite things in Vegas is when

I really do worry that this will be the end of 'SYTYCD' this season. It's down to 4 million viewers and a 1.2/1.3 in the demo. Couple that with the fact that it's a "round number" season and since they have male/female winners now, they can also proudly say they've had an even number of male and female winners in the

Last night was certainly a step down from the past few weeks. I can only assume that the choreographers were keeping their best work for next week. Why bring out the big guns for a non-voting week? I kept waiting for that one routine that blew me away but we never got it.

Even though Nigel said the fan eliminations start next week, I would bet dollars to donuts that America was in step with the judges this week. Given the voting history for Jenna and Tucker, it was no surprise. But for those that thought Fik-Shun would cruise to final…

Fik-Shun is getting the criticism that he's not versatile because it's true. When he was with Amy, he was frequently given goofy personality vote-getting routines (bellhops and hobos). The last two weeks have required him to be technically superior and he can't handle it. Contrast that with Amy who knocked it out of

… and stripper glitter.

Fik-Shun has really, really struggled the last two weeks. When he had the "look at his amazing personality routines" in the hobo and bellhop routines, he can shine. When he's asked to be technically excellent, it's cringe-worthy.

Holy crap. You read that thing in 2 days? It's like 1200 pages! Man, I wish I was a speed reader like my wife. She knocks out roughly a page a minute. I'm more of a 2 minute per page kind of guy. The fastest/big book I read was Harry Potter 7 in about 4 days. My wife had it done by noon the day it came out.

Yep, Seasons 4 and 5 were some of the best stuff LOST did. Season 6 was unfortunately disjointed and sacrificed the amazing scientific based themes from 4 and 5 for a goofy temple guy. LOST was never going to please everyone with their final season but that final season was the plan since around the end of season 3

I am so angry that this is not going to be a minseries anymore. Arrrrgh. A tidy 13 episode series would have been great. Stretching forever is a miserable idea. Maybe they can copy LOST and show how some people have found a way outside dome but now need to get back in to save everyone else.

I disagree that their jive in week 1 was lackluster. I just think people hate the jive and won't vote for it. Generally, I think people vote for styles early on and people later in the competition. But it still makes NO sense to me why Alan was in the bottom last week.

What they should really do is just cram it into a half hour with one special guest and commentary from the judges. Totally doable. The hour elimination shows are always bloated.

I wasn't as enamored with with Aaron and Jasmine H's routine. Compared to Sonya's other piece, I felt it was a complete dud. Yes, Jasmine can do some great high leg kicks. But after the 47th one, I asked "Is there anything more?" It just looked repetitive in comparison. If I remember, Sonya started last season with

No question in my mind that "The Other Woman" was written backwards. Each episode of Mad Men is written for a particular reason, sometimes it's for one great line of dialogue at the end, other times it's a blatant attempt to get the actor's Emmys (but not quite getting there), but it's rarely to serve plot. The

I feel like this episode was written backwards. Someone in the writer's room said, "Hey, wouldn't it be cool if Don compared the office to a whorehouse?" They had a line and then they needed to come up with some weird storyline to match it interspersed with more terrible Don flashbacks. I really didn't care for this

So it seems that the last two FOB albums have been reviewed fairly well. In fact, didn't Folie make the AV Club's best of the year? The new album is solid with a few standouts (Alone Together, Rat a Tat, Phoenix, My Songs Know…) and a few middling songs. Outside of Courtney Love's verses, there's nothing offensive
