Mine too.

@avclub-7e1ce4ce3124fd9ecc13a151afcff11b:disqus Yeah, it is absolutely NOT fair to assume you know something about someone who makes a comment about a fictional person. Good grief. This isn't a youtube comment board. Remember, Marnie isn't real. If anything, someone's perception of Marnie is more a comment on Lena

@avclub-7e1ce4ce3124fd9ecc13a151afcff11b:disqus "Oh, come on" right back at you. As a fictional character, Marnie is terrible. So is Hannah. If you are somehow offended by this, it isn't the poster that has a problem. You have to be able to separate reality from fiction. "Girls" is fiction. "Breaking Bad" is fiction

I still have the two episodes of Lonestar on my DVR.

$5k???????  After one article? Would Rolling Stone even pay that kind of money in advance?  I'm fine with them suing her for being unable to repay that but there's no way that's happening for well over a year for that insignificant of amount of money (to a large publisher). In NYC, they'd eat up attorney fees in about

That sounds a little masochistic. "I prefer things that are worse than other things!"

That's a bold claim. I haven't seen anything about Williams being unhappy with the direction of her character. She has a nudity clause in her contract but that's not a big deal.

Toddy usually writes somewhere around 90-110 words/minute of a given 30 minute show.  That's a lot. But I've also seen him write half as much for the hour-long shows. For example, his last Nashville review was only 1370 words, a mere 30 words/minute clip. And yeah, I just looked that up.

He said he wouldn't and I hope he doesn't. In an ideal world, Hannah would be evicted and forced to live with Adam. They would start to hate each other again and Hannah would have to move home or live a life on the streets.

It's almost like rom-com specialist Judd Apatow helped write the episode.

Can someone refresh my memory as to why Hannah would be deserving of an advance for her short story/book/ebook, let alone an amount that would be worth the legal hassle of suing over immediately? Given that guy's office, I would say he has roughly 700-900 writers who are more important than Hannah.

Wasn't David Chase's cousin the drummer from Journey?

Can we dislike her for being shallow and manipulative? Also, she's not a real person so we can say anything we want about her and it's not rude in the least. If you replace "Marnie" with "Allison Williams" then, yeah, we have a problem.

I think Marnie has a pretty solid idea of how much money he has, even if it's just an order of magnitude - I mean, she DID see his office. Last time I checked, that kind of space and that many employees is really, really expensive in NYC.

"The TVDW Word Count" should be a recurring element here.

That's fair. They both had a sense of obliviousness to the situation around them. But good for Charlie. He's making money and has control over his life. I'm curious if we'll see Charlie again now. It seems like a good stop for his story if we're going to focus on how events affect the core four girls only.

It didn't bother me how Charlie treated her at all. She treated him pretty horribly, too. And truthfully, even if she would never ask, she probably could use some money right now.

I'm so happy they gave Amy her moment in Szidon's office. She came off as cool and collected while he shouted and cursed and even though this is far from over, that moment was beautiful. No, it wasn't what she imagined but maybe this was even better.

So I guess we found the limit of Hannah's sharing? She will share everything else about her life with strangers but not her bout with OCD. That, on it's face, is really quite interesting. It did feel out of left field even with the Season 1 foreshadowing but I see it mostly stemming from her e-book issues, not Adam,

Wow, are there a lot of parentheses in this post. (Literally, there are a staggering amount (I can't believe I just wrote that!) (Is this a proper use of literally?))
