1) What was Zoom doing for 2 days after he took over CCPD? We see him menace Caitlyn and then Zoom off. Where??

That confused me as well, so i watched it a few times. I came to the conclusion that he actually slipped on some ice ( filming in Vancouver in fall/winter) right after he jumped that box and they just kept filming due to time constraints. (Probably only had time to do that chase once.)
