You are right though, Pearl has so much grief and weight hanging over her she literally watches Steven sleep. She also doesn't seem to 'blame' Steven, but clearly has mixed emotions about Steven taking the place of her dear friend.

I feel like it was maybe only available there? Or it was a reward for the reading club maybe? I don't *think* it was available in a "store."
