I'm so angry! They didn't even save the scripts!

I didn't know she had a memoir coming out. Good to know!

Not to be the "you forgot about [insert name]" person.. But you forgot about Tillie Walden! She's very close to finishing up her first webcomic On a Sunbeam, which everyone should read because it's friggin gorgeous.

Dream bigger. My nightmare is Ant and Dec.

All right, I do appreciate that they split up Northern and Southern California.

I remember my dad turned off the Sound of Music at precisely the moment Gwen recommends the first time I saw it, although I'm pretty sure it had more to do with avoiding having to explain Nazis to a six year old than anything else.

I just read The Wild Robot, a kid's book about an AI robot shipwrecked on a deserted island. It was really excellent, and would be great for kids who are just learning to read on their own (it's basically an 300 page picture book).

I've always been sort of suspicious of the story of Lord Sandwich, just because I find it hard to believe that the first person who found himself too busy to sit down and have a meal was a freakin' lord and not a medieval peasant.

In high school an English teacher recommended I do a book report on Carson McCullers, which was definitely a recommendation borne out of many years of dealing with moody teenage girls. Member of the Wedding was especially on the mark ("Frankie had become an unjoined person.." I mean, come on).

I'm embarrassed to admit it, but the first time I heard a Nina Simone song was on an episode of Chuck.

Nooooooooo.

That's exactly what happened in San Francisco - Lucas wanted to build on premium land right on the water, but was denied (thank god). The city suggested slightly less premimum land and Lucas threw a fit and left for Chicago.

I really wish they'd stop inserting branded phones and computers into movies. It only takes a year or two for them to look dated (especially with Apple products, which seem to be the only thing people in movies use). I really like it when filmmakers take the time to invent a new product that looks almost plausible,

Wasn't at all uncommon? It was the twenties, not the middle ages. I'm sure it happened, but not often enough to be called common.

When John's mom is talking about farting during sex, is he laughing or weeping?

Thank god. The worst for me was probably Magic in the Moonlight - Emma Stone is my age, and Colin Firth is older than my father.

Uzo Aduba. No contest. I'm so mad that this didn't happen.

I like Hardwicke better, but I think Burke is more popular - he's a bit funnier and a bit more lively. But Hardwicke's Watson has such a big heart I can't help but love him.

I love Hardwicke, but I was under the impression that Burke was the more popular Watson from that series.
