Mike O’Brien as the jock (in the short film) really looked like Sam Smith thanks to his weird hair.

That horse was a real cutup during the interview part with Kroll and Fillion.

There's no listing for the movie in the Cinemark website but there are a few AMC theaters playing it: Orange, CA, NYC, Aventura, FL, Miami, Highlands Ranch, CO.

I'm starting My Struggle Book 2 by Karl Ove Knausgaard. Book 1 was an amazing piece of work. I'm also finishing Sergei Eisenstein's autobiography Immoral Memories. It's a 30 year old used copy I found at a cinematheque.
And lastly I read the first volumes of the new Ms. Marvel and Captain Marvel runs.

I was actually at his Mexico show and he killed it. He did an extended riff on the kidnapping stuff that was hilarious.

He does a lot of "clap if you're…" and "clap if you've ever…" I don't remember his other specials but it seemed more prominent here. Could it be because of the gigantic setting and him trying to constantly engage the public?
He killed with his crowd work. The poor woman will probably never go back to the douchey

Forget Detlef Schrempf, what about Paul Schneider?
Go read Retta's account of his first meetings with his castmates over at Vulture. Schneider seems like a sweetheart.

That was Kyp Malone from the awesome TV on the Radio as the employee of the music store (I think it was Main Drag Music in Brooklyn).

I really enjoyed Fred Armisen making Bangs and Tucker's children laugh when he's leaving the party: "It´s time for the computer to go away from the house." Poor kid couldn't keep it together.

I remember glimpsing a lot of DIIV art (including a few poster duplicates) on Peter Parker's bedroom wall in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. I always thought "modern" Parker would listen to bands more like Explosions in the Sky and Death Cab.

    Sky Ferreira, "Everything is Embarrassing"

" Parker opens Proxy with someone repeatedly bashing Esther’s hugely pregnant belly with a brick, bludgeoning the fetus to death." "…takes place on-screen from start to finish, complete with blood seeping through her clothes and pooling on the ground between her legs. "

"Think The Rocketeer or Raiders Of The Lost Ark, but with a dame instead of a dude." This is… I'm in, I'm sooo in.

No one cares but those outdoor scenes were awkwardly shot. The scene between Eliza and her sister when she storms off was clearly shot at night and the fight in the pit between Henry and Freddy had an ugly shadow covering Freddy's face during most of his dialogue.

I was actually unhappy with the Birdman teaser. Showing off two big scenes (Keaton walking down Manhattan while Birdman looms over him and destruction surrounds him and Emma Stone looking hopefully to the heavens) that were really impactful made me wait for them during the whole film.

I'm NOWHERE near any of these theaters but I'm glad they're debuting the teaser on the big screen. I'm sure a) Disney will buckle and officially upload the teaser to Youtube in a week and b) some idiot is going to upload a shitty version taken with his/her Nokia X, but I'm happy Abrams is in tune with the spectacle

Mooney, as with the rest of the series, was a complete delight. The scene with Merchant and his British friends where he acts as the perfect assistant was the highlight of the movie for me.

A dude on Vimeo said he made up the animation for that GIF after reading the supposed teaser description:

WHAT?! The last episode will be on December?! I know it's dumb but I wish the whole series would have somewhat of a satisfactory ending.

I've read mostly positive reviews of this flick (sadly I missed this review) and I jumped at the chance of seeing Bad Turn Worse and I felt like I was on crazy pills. I thought it lacked any emotional depth and the dialogue was cringe worthy; that last line was straining too hard to be smart. Pellegrino's character
