So what's your point? They have a new Batman less than five years after the Nolan trilogy, does that make the latter a failure?
I think the issue was Goyer. Hes good with ideas but horrible with dialogue. That's why I'm excited for BvS.
Based on what? They've hired a talented director and Jason Fuchs is writing the script. I don't get why B is always trashed but Marvel gets a pass for releasing the same crap over and over again.

I forgot about Jonah hex… But even the Marvel flicks have been fairly middling for the most part. Enjoyable in the moment, but forgettable almost immediately afterwards. Exceptions like TWS, where they actually take some chances, are few and far between.
