The Impossible Planet/The Satan Pit is always a go too when my mates and I decide to watch some Who

I've never been able to get behind Listen, because the (Moffat-penned) short story actually had a monster, and scared me stiff as a kid, so it was a bit of a let down for something that had such an impact on me to get so close to being canonised, and just fall short.
