There's an entire sketch in season 3, I think it's the last episode where they're doing a pastiche of a film set in Africa and literally the entire cast is in blackface.
There's also another instance of Graham showing up in blackface to inquire about the West Indies cricket match.

I can think of 4+ off the top of my head. More if I really dedicate any time to it.
But most of the time I think they were doing it as a deliberate calling-out of other British shows of the period.
