Okay, I can't take it anymore. There is something I am missing about the appeal of this late night show format. I'm sorry but am I the only one who doesn't get it? Let me rant about my inconsequential biases in no specific order:

I think all of the cases since Alicia and Cary left the firm are predictable since they always win! I found myself hoping at the beginning of this episode that since Preston was guesting they would be able to have a light-hearted take down of Alicia/Cary. But no! Once Will went all comatose and into sex flashback land…
