Rule of thumb, if you don't get the pop culture references in this article, you're too young to organize a music festival.

    I was joking.

I already ordered. Everyone says it's a nice book. :-)

Get a dragon in there. They are mythical, aren't they?

You have a point. But for example "I see dead people" will only work the first time. I guess I'm asking because I'm used to stories where the question is who did the murder.

I guess it was a given we're asking for the guy who has been working out in prison and you're not asking about his grandma.

Upvoting and I just got maybe 10% of the references, tops.

I loved how the tweets about Fyre said "American Airlines, Delta, not you United, go help those people".

A famous actor (?) once said that in reality that's not a nice thing to say to an actor/ model etc, because their work is to look better on screen.

(Sorry I'm triggered when Spartacus is mentioned)

Would you suggest reading the book before the series? Sometimes spoilers don't matter much, but I don't know about this.

"Even a salad would do" is my new Favorite Best Line Ever.

I can't assume the worst of a series that was mentioned alongside Spartacus, because I loved Spartacus. I was half-joking, half-wondering, to be honest. But it sounds intriguing, I'll try the book even if I end up not liking the series.

    Ok, thanks!

I haven't read the book and didn't really know about the series (I'll watch promptly) but Thor and Odin etc "American" Gods? Is it a Trump thing?

    I still miss Spartacus. :-(

" intelligence, spark or charm to be president".

I remember a great start and a few great seasons.

    You win.

I'm staying far, far away from this.
