    True story: I was with a bunch of high school friends at the National Zoo in DC in 1992. We were just a bunch of drama club nerds.     Fun fact: they had such a rivalry, that when they both starred in "The Towering Inferno", each wanted top billing. If you look at the poster for the movie, McQueen's name appears first, but Newman's name appears slightly higher than McQueen's
