Not the canned stuff that is typically used for baking, but coconut milk that comes in cartons in the cooler aisle with the other milks. You can get it in vanilla, which is awesome in a smoothie.

Dairy's also exacerbating droughts because cattle require so much water and alfalfa (a water-intensive crop). Blergh. Have you tried coconut milk? It's comparatively low-impact.

The woman falling over backwards at the beginning was admittedly funny (as was the fisherman trying very clearly not to grasp her breasts) but seeing the fish all bloody took the fun out of it. Also, Jesus, lady. That cat wanted DOWN, and he wanted down NOW.

Late to the game, but I buy extra firm and immediately put it in the freezer. Then thaw, drain, cook. Freezing changes the texture; makes it less slimy.
