I'm genuinely surprised Josh Server didn't have much of a career after Nickelodeon. He had way more range than people gave him credit for, and seemed like he'd smoothly transition into more adult roles.

Silas and Andy were the only two characters where the "good person" argument could have been made for them at the end of the series. Justin Kirk really made every season of Weeds after S3 watchable, pretty singlehandedly.

I'm surprised nobody's brought up "So Like a Rose", which was (in my opinion) the best album closer from a band with a lot of great album closers.
