It was too a movie, it just went over a span of a couple days just like Langoliers and only broadcasted on TV and not in the theater. They call it a miniseries because it was only broadcasted on TV, but at the end it is a movie.

Killer Clowns from Outer Space was a good movie too, but it doesn't need to be remade. How about Hollywood comes out with new movies instead of remaking oldies.
