I see your point, but Dragons aren't thought of as mythology as much as they are history. I mean there are a bunch of skulls under the red keep.

#reekdemption

Or the bummer remix in Team America

I said this somewhere else in the thread, but what a dick for sending Sam to the wall. He's got future Maester written all over him, but dickhead over there thought he'd be more valuable freezing his balls off at the edge of the world instead of at the Citadel.

Preach brother. The hints have been there lately but the fun is in theorizing/figuring it out for yourself. Everyone should be able to do this at their own pace as its a huge part of the enjoyment of the show. I thought about this last week with the hints dropped, but I didn't even want to post about it yet…and book

I don't think that is Mel…

Which book? The world of ice and fire? Or the straight up maps one?

or soak it in windex

She was the lady with the cool ornate mask in Qarth right? I thought it was cool that she talked to Jorah about Valyria and it turned out that Valyria was really important in his story. I also think that she is somehow related to Melisandre because the links in her mask look just like Mel's necklace. Don't tell me

Thinking of Lester Freamon as tiny sigil maker just made my day.

Those two things, combined with Barry's story about Rhaegar which painted him in a most un "kidnappy rapist" light all happening in the same episode was a huge tip off. I'm no book reader but I connected those dots.

I'm just getting to this now, post redaction action. Thanks for being cool though. Not all of your "expert" brethren feel like they need to be.

The dreadfort is in the North and while she was growing up the Starks controlled the North. Seems like the common folk appreciated their strong, just, peaceful rule a lot more than other houses looking to climb the ladder…

How much of a dick must Randall Tarly be? Sam is obvious Maester material, sending him to the wall and not the citadel was a real dumbass move, pops.

mmmm, human chicharron

I just met you…and this is crazy…but are you going to….eat that baby?

Good point

Awesome moment! Stannis would TOTALLY be a grammar nazi. I didn't even remember that he had done it to Davos once before in season 2!

I'm skimming through these comments and like 75% are just bitching. You'd think people would just stay away from the discussion if the show bored them so much.

I know right?! Jorah didn't even have his sword drawn, and with the way he cut them down you'd think if he was armed and ready when the first one dropped onto the boat, they would have barely been an issue. But then he wouldn't have greyscale haha
