All paid internships I'm aware of are at a set rate - if you work a 50-hour week at the set intern wage rate it calculates out to $5/hr or less. Maybe this varies depending on state law, but I have no idea.
this kind of stuff is par for the course at any company that has a foot in a creative field - deadlines are tight and clients need a constant stream of content and product. Until unpaid internships and 12+ hour days are illegal, this will keep happening.
Mister… welcome to the men's room!
I thought it was filled with great performances and nice camerawork, but I also found it quite heavyhanded and pretentious, with regards to its depiction of the art world and critics.
I stand corrected of the belief that this movie couldn't have been worse.
