That's because you went to UCSD.
That's because you went to UCSD.
Also how this would have made him go (unnatural) would have added a lot more of a sting.
I like this change of good news. Dick van Dyke always here to lighten a foggy Leonard-less afternoon.
I like his Bernanos adaptation even if I will admit he screwed up the most important scene.
Russia's coming out with some good stuff. Can't think of anything else.
When was the last home video release of even that masterwork?
Trailers (especially for a film like this) is not what you should hedge your bets on.
Yeah, I think he's slow enough to tell the truth and this site is lazy enough to give that description.
That's not really an accurate description of the film.
This one?
I wonder if they can cheat with regards to The Terence Davies trilogy? I really hope Barefoot Gen, The Gold Diggers, The Hunger, The Village of Pirates (or Three Crowns for the Sailor), Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence, The Ballad of Narayama, Videodrome, or The Dead Zone gets picked too.
This is in all honesty as accessible a film as you'll meet unless from France is really such an impossible hurdle to overcome. The use of ellipses is positively modern.
This film's fantastic. A real great eye opener to Pialat's fantabulous world. It's a bit unfortunate that the best editions to all of his films are only available in Europe though thankfully all are region free. On that note it is best to go with the French Blu (which is region free) of Under the Sun of Satan as it…
The restrictions are that the dude can only turn into H2O and the lady dumb animals.
In the film itself though there is no reference of this.
You should also check out Deep End which is available on a region free Blu ray from the BFI. It's probably my favorite movie of the '70s. Really all of his films except Torrents of the Spring and his Nabokov adaptation are worth checking out.
Huh?
Isn't it a bit inaccurate to call him a muslim? All we know about him is that he is in a desert climate (we don't know if he lives there) and is fighting what seems to be American soldiers. The film leaves it open for him to be any man.
And White House Down which was totally '90s.
I've actually found this to be a great year thus far with a lot to make me grin from ear to ear.
