Eccentric, interesting characters that will probably only appear once was a highlight of the show in general for me. Grey Delisle's voice biased me a bit toward the warriors, but I like when old tropes are used in service of complex characters (aka I hope that's what this is).

Which is interesting since he's also saved robots before. What did he think of them?
