2 grandfathers from mainland who left with the nationalists, 2 grandmothers who were already there. One doesn't speak mandarin, one does taiwanese mandarin and a bit of japanese. I think my grandfathers both do a bit of taiwanese too. My parents do taiwanese and mandarin.
