One of my favorite think-outside-of-the-video-game-genre-box games was that one where the guy gets turned in to a cockroach and has to wander his house trying to figure out. It's all quite fuzzy, had it for my Commodore Amiga computer, called Bad Mojo.. Anyone remember that game?
