Seems like the thing that made Rick reach for his gun was that the husband had a W (or maybe M) stamp on his hand. I didn't notice that at first. My wife had to point it out to me. He puts his arm around his wife, and there it is.

Right? If she's eaten those bunnies after she'd stabbed them, that would have been totally fine. Stab them and don't eat them, though, and she's clearly a maniac. In other words, it's a fine line between snack time and sociopathy.

So, Lizzie was torturing those lil' bunnies. She's the sociopath that was leaving mutilated rabbit corpses around the prison, right? Anybody else catch that?
