So, under new ownership, I guess we can look forward to the AV Club simply posting corporate press releases without a trace of snark or sarcasm. That's disappointing.

I always liked Bowie, but this made me a lot sadder than I would have guessed it would. I had no idea he was sick and no idea he was almost 70. He was always reinventing himself. Sometimes, I think, it worked better than others, but so what? He never stopped creating. God, I'll miss him.
